Two new brew rigs purchased since the last post. A Speidel Braumeister bought in 2013 and then the Blichmann Engineering BrewEasy....electric model in the 10gal variety.

American IPA in an Wine Glass

These Riedel wine glasses are great for drinking strong brews out of. This particular brew was made over a year ago. I just kegged it a month ago and it still tastes great. Kept it in a carboy (rack one more time after 2ndary)

Well, i finally found the blog, i new i made one up but i couldn't find it. Must've had a few too many that night. The brewery has been silent as of late.....the fridges were well stocked by late spring so it was time to take a break and enjoy. Tried a dried lager yeast, tasted it or shall i say finished the keg last week, it wasn't bad but didn't have the same flavour profile of a liquid lager yeast from Wyeast or Whitelabs. Kayak trip tomorrow in Georgian Bay , putting in a Key River and checking out the Bustards .........
